The Food Allergy Initiative (FAI)

The Food Allergy Initiative (FAI) was founded in 1998 by concerned parents and grandparents.  Their goal is to fund research that seeks a cure; to improve diagnosis and treatment; and to keep patients safe through education and advocacy.  This website provides quick references for the major food allergies, living with food allergies, and how to understand the FALCPA (the Food Allergen Labeling & Consumer Protection Act of 2004).
